Whit this commit we make more progress on automating the workflow process

Now we have a fully "non developer" interface for the management of the workflow using only the odoo automated actions.

This let at the PLM ADMIN the fully capability to extend the workflow process actions as he wish, adding mail, flower filling up fields. or for the more experts adding using the python code for infinite possibility.
